Salon Policies
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients, Be. Hair + Beauty Lounge kindly asks that you review and respect the following policies before booking.

All appointments must be booked online through Vagaro. Please ensure the correct service is selected at the time of booking, as appointment times are reserved specifically for each service.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations must be made via the Vagaro booking site or by emailing
inquiries@behairbeautylounge.caCancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled at the stylist’s discretion.
If the appointment can still be accommodated, service time may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. Full service charges may still apply.

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice may be charged a no-show fee and may be required to prepay for future bookings.

Due to space and capacity limitations, guests are not permitted to accompany clients to their appointments.

Services are offered to clients ages 12 and up. Services for younger children are not available at this time.

Debit, credit, and cash are accepted. HST is applied to all services and retail purchases.

If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address them accordingly. Service adjustments are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Be. Hair + Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, lateness, inappropriate behaviour, or failure to comply with salon policies.
