  • Appointments are released on the second last Sunday of each month at 9:00 AM for the following month.

  • All appointments must be booked online through Vagaro:

  • If an appointment becomes available, clients on the waitlist for that specific date and time will be notified by email. Appointments are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Yes. While Be. Hair + Beauty Lounge has a loyal, regular clientele, availability for new clients does open periodically. If your schedule aligns, we’re happy to welcome you.

  • Services are offered to pre-teens and adults ages 12 and up. We do not provide services for younger children at this time.

  • We currently offer braiding services, traditional sew-in weaves, and natural hair protective styles.
    At this time, wig services are not offered.

  • Due to space and capacity limitations, we kindly ask that guests do not accompany you to your appointment.

  • Debit, credit, and cash are accepted. HST is applied to all services and retail purchases.

  • No. You may update or change your payment method on the day of your appointment.
